On Tuesday, March 21st at 8:15AM Pennsylvania State Senator Vincent Hughes, Democratic Minority Chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee, who represents Senate District 7, will give a budget briefing following Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro’s proposed budget address to members of the African American Chamber of Commerce for PA, NJ, & DE.
