Karr Barth Associates is a wealth management financial services firm and the Philadelphia Branch for Equitable Advisors. Since 1946 Equitable has been a supportive partner of the African American Community by becoming a donor and patron of the United Negro College Fund (UNCF). From 1968 through 1978 Equitable focused on Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and the dedication to development of more Black Financial professionals. From 1982-1992 Black Enterprise named Equitable as one of the "10" Best place to work for black professionals. Karr Barth Associates Equitable continue to increase their diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to be more reflective of the communities we operate and serve.
